Biscuits and Gravy

A few weeks ago we went over to Sam and Anissa's place for brunch. Sam made biscuits with veggie gravy and poached eggs. Everyone was saying how yummy it was. Someday I'll have to try myself.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Couple weeks ago my mama and I went for a walk to check out christmas trees. We weren't able to get one at that time, but we did get one this past weekend with papa. I told mama that the tree needs more ornaments.

Nothing too much has been going on. Been sleeping better, going to bed between 8 and 9, waking up around 4 for a snack and bathroom break, then back to sleep till 7am.

Workin' It

A few weeks ago I had my first photo shoot with Peter Belanger and his assistant Michael Timbang. I enjoyed looking around his studio, but when it came to looking my best, I was a bit scared of the bright flash. I'll share the photos with you once we decide on which one(s) we like the best. But for now, here's a photo taken by Michael, which shows Peter and my mama on the ladder and my papa on the floor with me.

Handy Man

On one of my walks with papa, the bolt and screw got loose on my ride and we lost the pieces. So we got it temporarily fixed at the hardware store. Mama contacted the stroller company, and they sent us repair parts. We're all good now.

Real Men Wear Pink

We spent the weekend with my cousin Olivia. Mama brought extra clothes for me, but I messed up all the clothes, so I'm embarrassed to say that I had to borrow my cousin's clothes. Then papa and I went for a walk, and people thought I was a girl! Papa didn't want to explain to anyone that I was actually a boy, so he just smiled with them. It's okay...I'm secure with myself.

My New Cousin!!!

Hello everyone, please meet my new cousin Olivia Autumn Kim. She was born on 10/28/09. Look at the size difference! I look like a giant newborn! I know we'll become close...but we'll probably fight over toys.

8 weeks old!

Wow, it's been 8 weeks now! Not too much has happened, every day is pretty much the same for me. But I've been keeping my parents really busy. Now I only wake them up around 3am and 6am. I'm awake more during the day and evening, but I still like to take my naps.



Grandparents came and went, miss all of them already! But soon Grandma Lee will be back to San Francisco because today my auntie went into the hospital to have my new cousin! I can't wait to meet my cousin!

Took a walk in Burlingame (where my auntie and uncle kim live). The air is crisp and the leaves are turning color....but momma says Minnesota's fall is much more beautiful. Some day I'll see for myself.

My doctor says that I need to exercise and have some "tummy time". Papa thinks exercise is overrated.



This is momma's favorite onesie for me. We had to take some pictures of me in it before I out grew it. Papa had to stretch it out a bit...yes, I'm gaining some major LB's.





Went to a wedding! Papa wanted me to match him, so he got me this new onesie.

The Grandparents

It was time for Grandma Lee to go back to Minnesota, and at the same time, Grandma and Grandpa Blue came into town to visit me from North Carolina. It's going to be sad when Grandma Lee leaves, but I'll see her in November when my cousin is born! Now I get to spend some time getting to know Grandma and Grandpa Blue!

Ahhh, I love a good nap. Today I napped on daddy, he's comfy.

Belly Button

Finally, my umbilical cord fell off! That thing was so irritating. Papa says it looks like bacon. Mama says it looks like a dead bug. If you are really interested in seeing what it looks like, I can have mama email you a photo. I didn't want to post an image of it, cause I thought it was kindof gross looking.

First Sponge Bath

Here's my first sponge bath with Grandma Lee. It wasn't all that bad. I realized it was much nicer being clean.

Burp Face

Yeah, you would think it's irritating too when all you want to do is sleep after eating and someone always has to pat your back after a good meal.

Sith-Sling-Baby

The first week has been full of Mom and Dad trying out all the new baby gear. This sling is supposed to make me think I'm still in my previous pad, minus all of the icky amniotic fluid. Dad thinks it looks like a Sith Robe from "Star Wars".

Visitors

The Williams stopped by today, I hear they have a son too, named Wes. But they didn't bring him for me to see. Hopefully next time I'll be able to meet Wes. Soon, I'll be able to play with him.
